The SHIFT dollar price is what three US retailers list ($2,549.99; the euro figure is not a dollar price); the PRO’s $3,999.99 matches Cycling Weekly’s July 2026 “usual” price. Ride figures are Wahoo’s for the KICKR CORE 2 trainer inside the bundle. The Stages SB20 has no store price we could read: its reviewers priced it at GBP 2,249 in January 2022 and GBP 1,699 in May 2022, so treat it as dated.

What reviewers measured
- Zwift Ride: DC Rainmaker says its trainer is the same unit he tested before, so he did not repeat accuracy tests; Cycling Weekly and Cyclist both flag Zwift lock-in.
- KICKR BIKE SHIFT: DC Rainmaker saw inconsistent accuracy on launch firmware, then mostly 1 to 3 W from pedals from mid-to-late November on.
- KICKR BIKE PRO: road.cc found it read about 4% above Favero Assioma Pro RS2 pedals; one reviewer, one pedal meter.
- Wattbike Atom: road.cc measured about 1% steady state against pedals and noted mushy shift buttons.

- Zwift is your only app and price matters: Zwift Ride, now sold as V2 with the wider 146 to 198 cm range and five crank lengths; the older reviews here describe V1.
- You use several apps or share the bike: SHIFT. See smart bike fit and setup.
- You want tilt and can pay for it: PRO, knowing the reviewers who compared it to the SHIFT found the differences small.
- You want the widest grade claim: Atom, but our accuracy evidence for it is one reviewer’s 1% steady-state result plus a 2020 test of the earlier model.
- You are unsure you will ride indoors most weeks: buy a trainer first; the three-year cost comparison has the arithmetic.
